1. Eligibility
Educuras services are for individuals 18 years or older or with parental/guardian consent. Our services do not provide emergency medical care. In case of emergency, call 911.
2. Services Provided
Educuras offers non-medical care coordination, patient engagement, and referral support. Services include:
Care Coordination & Case Management – Connecting users to healthcare, social services, and community resources.
Referral Support – Linking users to external providers and third-party programs.
AI-Assisted Documentation & Scheduling – Automating administrative tasks while ensuring human oversight.
Remote & Bilingual Support – Providing virtual assistance through trained care coordinators.
Educuras does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or emergency care. Any medical concerns should be addressed by a licensed healthcare provider.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information when registering or engaging with Educuras.
Use our services lawfully and ethically.
Acknowledge that third-party referrals are independent entities and Educuras is not responsible for their services.
Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Privacy & Data Security
Educuras complies with HIPAA and California privacy laws.
Data Use - Personal information is collected, stored, and processed only as necessary for service delivery.
Third-Party Sharing - Some user data may be shared with authorized healthcare providers and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to facilitate care coordination.
Security - Encryption and secure access protocols protect user information.

A- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
B- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Educuras, you may receive messages related to the following:
Customer Care
Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. [Name] at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Educuras at any time."
C- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per month related to your care coordination.
Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per month regarding your appointments."
D- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Educuras in the following way:

F- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

6. Limitations of Liability
Educuras is not liable for:
Third-party services, providers, or external referrals.
Errors, delays, or disruptions in platform functionality.
Misuse of information by unauthorized parties.
Educuras does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
7. Termination & Service Restrictions
Educuras reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Modify or discontinue services as necessary.
Refuse service to users engaging in misuse or unauthorized activity.
8. Governing Law & Compliance
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, and comply with federal and state healthcare regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
9. Updates to Terms
Educuras may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
